Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided in the portal and secure it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
